Julia Bixler - 24 year old from Fenton, MO.  She is an engineer at Dirxion Software pursuing her college degree as a computer programmer.  Julia has competed in barrel racing, pole bending, western pleasure and reining.  She feels the sport of bullriding is essential for the placement of healthy excess bulls and to provide a career or hobby for cowboys.  America's number one sport offers an exciting event that is well spent, family time.  The toughness and mental fortitude that each cowboy holds dear in their heart can only be expressed through the most dangerous sport around.  Julia fees that the job of a Rodeo Queen promotes the American Dream to educate the public and future generations about bullriding.  She feels that a Rodeo Queen is a teacher who teaches our future generations about the principles of sportsmanship and horsemanship.
